Easter Lunch with my Mom - Patricia Kurtz

This Easter, I joined my Mother, who is 87 years old, for lunch.  We walked across the property on this warm sunny day to the dining hall where she lives in Phoenix Arizona. They served Ham with a rich plum sauce, Baked Yams, Grilled Asparagus, and a soft warm roll.  A delicious chocolate cake for desert.  It was all very yummy.  We enjoyed great conversation and lots of laughs.  The staff was friendly and the food was excellent.  Happy Easter to all.....
